We used a distance of 90 feet per circuit. At the starting line perform a throw and immediately sprint after the ball. Pick it up and throw the ball immediately and sprint to recover the ball. Repeat this sequence until you get to the 90 foot finish line. Walk back to the starting line and start again with the next throw.
