Starting a fasted period from the time following dinner until lunch the next day while replacing breakfast with 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis Powder creates excellent fat burning conditions with high energy levels. However this timing does not work for those who exercise first thing in the morning. Breakfast following morning training becomes the most important meal of the day as the body has a limited window of opportunity for ideal nutrient uptake.
