Side Step Up
Following nearly 8 weeks in the hospital and a loss of nearly 100 pounds of body weight, Dr. Eric Serrano MD instructs Scott Mendelson to perform the side up to regain functional strength. Dr. Serrano and Scott include a variety of step up movements into client personalized programs as warm up or primary exercise movements pending the unique client needs. Executing the proper tempo (speed of repetition) for step ups makes each set much more challenging and rewarding.
