How should the timing of the fast be adjusted for someone who trains first thing in the morning?

Great question Mandy, when training first thing in the morning a meal should be consumed within an hour following training along with a large lunch. The fasted period can start from the middle of the afternoon all of the way until the following morning to support fat burning through several pathways. The length of the fasted state that is ideal for each person can vary based on many factors. A 12 to 16 hour fasted period seems to work best for fat burning for those in normal situations. However conducting a fasted period of that time length may be a gradual process which is still highly effective for fat burning.

Fasting is not only a matter of reduced caloric intake. Carb Loading Tuesday Amounts
After reviewing the Aggressive 60 Fat Loss Nutrition System 2.0 file I noticed that the carb intake is not very much on Carb Loading Tuesday. Why is that? I have seen many plans that include several hundred grams of carbohydrate or even unlimited carb intake on certain days. We take a conservative approach as it relates to carb intake and may make adjustments based on individual factors including body weight, gender, genetics, goals, training volume, stress levels, sleep patterns and more. Any plan that suggests very high or unlimited carb intake is selling you on a fantasy as it simply does not work for a vast majority of natural trainees.
