Altering Rest Periods During Clusters
Notice Dr. Eric Serrano MD expands the rest periods during the cluster 6 pause sets to accommodate fatigue. Knowing full well that a Reverse Cluster 6 Pause execution for a pronated pull up would likely bring on failure; the challenge was attached with a strategy in place. Instead of taking a 6 second pause between phases of the set the pause expanded to 12 seconds and then 30 as needed to allow for more pull ups to be achieved.
