Start with the palms neutral and half way through the rep rotate to a pronated grip with the palms facing your feet during the Rotation DB Triceps Extensions. This unique exercise is great for triceps development and offers strategic variety.

 


Rotation DB Triceps Extensions

Make sure the db is even with the top of the side of the head on the bottom of the rep. This position reduces stress on the elbows as opposed to a bottom position near the chin.

Keep the elbows tight to the body and facing the ceiling throughout each rep.

Advanced variations of this movement include strategic pauses and extended eccentrics (lowering phase).
