Personalized Training Program Instructions 2

Scott H. Mendelson discusses the importance of making strategic changes to the number of reps, tempos (speed of reps), rest periods and other special executions during the 6 week training block.

Strategic progressions force the muscles to work harder in a productive fashion which increases fat burning hormones and stimulates a greater cross section of muscle fibers.
