Neutral Grip Lat Pull Down
Keep the palms facing each other throughout the movement. This exercise requires a special cable attachment that will allow you to execute the neutral grip. Neutral grip attachments can vary in hand placement with and grip circumference. Personalized training plans can designate the preferred hand placement width including shoulder width or narrow grip.
Do not lean back during the movement. Look straight ahead and aim to bring the elbows to the bottom of the rib cage.
