Scott H. Mendelson demonstrates a low pulley position Long Head Cable Curls which is much harder than it looks. The specific range of motion targets the long head of the biceps which will require a low weight load especially for the first couple of training sessions.

Make sure you get to the correct finishing point on top which requires excellent concentration throughout the set. Most trainees will reduce the range of motion as the set becomes more difficult.
