How long it takes to favorably adapt to a Zero Carb Plan depends on the quality of execution and the specific strategies use. It takes up to 14 days or possibly longer for the body to adjust favorably to using a ketogenic plan in regards to rates of body fat loss as well as daily energy. Unfortunately most people do not make it to 14 days with the right execution because they are using the wrong strategies. Dr. Eric Serrano MD and Scott Mendelson built the 21 Day Fat Cell Cleanse Nutrition Plan to Outsmart up to 10 Pounds of body fat in just three weeks. Considerations for Athletes

Athletes aiming to lose body fat must plan the in season nutrition plan differently than off season due to performance and recovery needs. It may take athletes up to six weeks to favorably adjust to a ketogenic nutrition plan which includes zero carbohydrates. As a result this is not a good approach for an athlete in season as competition abilities can be compromised. Carbohydrate intake is activity dependent which means that athletes should be consuming the right carbohydrates on a regular basis along with the Alpha Omega M3 to drive raw materials into hungry muscles instead of spilling over into fat cells.
