Train the core with the Feet Anchored Sit up. Holding a weight plate near the chest adds strategic challenge. An advanced trainee can hold a plate behind the head in a static position or rotating the weight plate in a circular motion as seen in the video. Keep the neck in a neutral position to reduce stress on the neck. Padding between the feet and the anchoring mechanism may be necessary.
