Forearm series

Train your forearms correctly to improve muscle development, grip strength and for injury prevention. This series includes forearm extension, flexion and rotation on a preacher bench. We use one arm at a time to place a greater level of focus on the proper execution of every rep. Unilateral movements place less stress on joints and allow for greater ranges of motion when training the forearms.
