We discovered that getting to the four-hour fat burning window can potentially double your rate of fat burning progress. Based on research and our experience working with numerous clients, we’ve determined that it takes as long as 12 hours of fasting on average to reach your fat burning pinnacle. As a result we recommend a fasted period starting after dinner until lunch the next day between three and four times a week. Overall the fast state can last from 10-16 hours depending each client’s individual needs and fat loss goals. A fasting status is highly effective for body fat loss due to distinct metabolic and hormonal improvements that take place. Alternating fasting and non-fast days to prevent staleness.
