The first meal of the day is lunch as I use flexible fasting from the time period following dinner until lunch the next day. Lunch is a bunch of protein, vegetables and good dietary fats. After I eat my meal, and have 3 of the Alpha Omega M3 and 3 of the EZ14 Digestive Enzyme Catalyst. I do this twice a day during meals and to finish the night I have two of the night time fat burners. There are no jitters, The afternoon I have another Muscle Synthesis Powder/100% MR and 3 more Fat Reduce FBO5 Day time before I head to the gym. I have energy and the diet program.

I do not feel the urge to eat bad foods, eat late at night or feel hungry like I normally would. I have energy throughout the day. I started the 21 Day Fat Cell Cleanse Nutrition Plan Jan 1st 2020. I have lost 10 pounds in 22 days. Every week I am in contact with Scott and he was able to suggest different strategies to take to get the most out of my fat loss journey. I’m excited to continue the journey and complete the 88 day challenge. As of February 5th I am down a total of 16 pounds, and I have more confidence in myself as I continue to follow Scott’s direction I will Reach my goal weight loss by the 88th day.
