I contacted Scott with some pretty specific goals and specifics for flexibility in my diet plan because with kids it is hard to maintain a separate meal plan than the family. He went to work and built a 12 week personalized training and nutrition program for my needs. I have been using his program for 7 weeks leading up to an Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT).

In 7 weeks, I have lost 23 pounds, maintained lean muscle and by strictly following his training and diet plan, at 44 years old I scored 557/600 on the test and my scores resulted in exemption from being taped for first time in my 23-year military career! I am in my best shape in over 15 years a little over halfway through my 12-week personalized program. I can’t wait to close out this 12-week plan and roll into another 12 weeks with Infinity Fitness!
Other notable health improvements are lowering Cholesterol from 201 to 170, LDL from 131 to 112, Triglycerides from 181 to 74 and fasting glucose from 111 to 90 in the first 6 weeks! My primary care doctor has directed me to come back at end of the 12 weeks to run bloodwork again to see how much more improvement has been made! Doc was highly impressed and couldn’t believe my results.
Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) Results
Maxed 100 points in 3 rep deadlift at 340lbs x 3
96 points in Hand Release Push Up at 49 reps
Maxed 100 points in the Sprint-Drag-Carry event torching it in 1 minute and 21 seconds
89 points in the plank at 2 minutes and 46 seconds
90 points in the 2 mile run knocking out my fastest time in a test since 2003 at 16 minutes and 21 seconds
82 points in the standing 10lb ball power throw is the event Scott will help drive improvement in. Recovering after 2nd shoulder surgery and Scott has me working on exercises to help prevent further damage vs strength building.
My Supplementation Plan
First thing in the morning
3 Fat Reduce FBO5 Day time with a lot of water
3 Alpha Omega M3 and 3 EZ14 with breakfast and dinner
30 minutes before training I start sipping on a combination of 2 scoops of 100% MR and 2 scoops of Muscle Synthesis Powder with water. I also take 4 GCX10 30 minutes before training to improve performance without any stimulants.
Immediately after training I start sipping on 2 scoops of 100% MR and 2 scoops of Muscle Synthesis Powder combined with water.
early afternoon I take 3 more Fat Reduce FBO5 Day time formula
I take 2 Fat Reduce FBO5 night time an hour before bed.
