Hey Scott, so with Chris’s nutrition we started him off on a low carb diet something very simple as he had never done much training or dieting soon found out he was extremely focused so we challenged him a bit more with macro cycling.
He would do 5 low carb days with a fat loading days once per week and a carb loading days once per week. We followed this patter for a couple of weeks which he got great results but he wanted more.
We then had him modify his nutrition plan to the 21 day Fat Cell Cleanse with your supplement protocol using Alpha Omega M3, Fat Reduce FB05 day and night time formula and this is when his abs really started to cut in this protocol made a huge difference.
He trained 5 sessions per week, 4 “functional body building session” and a sprint session.
