Been there- done that
At age 44 I have used many different training and nutrition programs, but some working better than others. Dr. Serrano’s approach based on my specific situation and goals has been extremely helpful. I have visited with Dr. Serrano every 6 weeks to evaluate my progress so that the right changes can be made to my program.
Pre contest prep strategies
Dr. Serrano recommended the 100% MR, Muscle Synthesis Powder, Alpha Omega M3 and GCX10 to help me reach my goals. My diet has been extremely aggressive, but I have not lost any muscle during my prep.
Intense training sessions
My workouts are highly intense and I recover very quickly between training sessions. Usually during a low carb diet my muscles are flat and depleted. More power and strength endurance
