I have been working with Scott Mendelson of InfinityFitness.com for about 21 years, give or take as a 12 week personalized weight training and nutrition plan client. I am a college professor and between teaching, research and administrative responsibilities, I don’t have hours to spend in the gym. As a lifetime steroid-free gym rat, my goals are to maintain my strength and stay relatively lean year-round. Although standard Olympic lifts are not typically the main part of Scott’s programs, I have about a 365 pound bench, a 405 pound squat and a 465 pound deadlift.
