Swiss Ball Squat

A swiss ball squat is an excellent lower body exercise to improve body composition and strength. Use an anti burst swiss ball for safety purposes against a wall for ideal support.

The feet should be placed in a comfortable position with a with of 2 to 4 inches wider than shoulder width. The knees should stay in line with the upper shoe laces during the lower portion of the movement.

The objective is to reach a parallel depth on bottom using a controlled descent. Weight load can be added to the exercise by holding dumbbells at the sides or by wearing a weighted vest.
