Swiss Ball Circles
The circular motion of this exercise will be extremely challenging when maintaining the proper body position. This exercise is intended for advanced trainees only as a solid base of strength is needed to benefit from this movement.
The ability to execute this exercise correctly with a corresponding level of low body fat will be indicative of excellent 6 pack definition. Our clients progress to this exercise for what we call 6 pack detailing to help the upper portion of the abs and oblique muscles become highly defined.
Use an anti burst swiss ball for safety reasons that is properly inflated. Keep the body in a straight line to keep the tension on the core muscles. Trainees should acclimate to this movement with shorter set length while the form is perfected.
