Lower Ab Leg Lifts
Targeting the lower ab muscles requires the right exercise selection. Do not be fooled by how easy this movement may look. The execution is much more challenging than it looks when done correctly.
Start with the simplest execution to establish the proper form. Many trainees will do well with execution during the first set of a new movement, but then let the form deteriorate over the course of the training session due to fatigue.
Do not sacrifice proper form by being too aggressive during the early stages of learning a new exercise.
The lower ab muscles are often neglected due to poor exercise selection by trainers and trainees who focus too much on typical exercises such as sit ups.
