Phone call evaluations
Speak directly with Scott twice per month to maximize your rate of transformation progress. We will discuss your progress, feedback, solutions for any challenges in place, timing saving strategies and other important information so that the proper program refinements can be made.*
Valuable information collection
The ability to speak with clients by phone frequently helps me to gather valuable information for designing upcoming training and nutrition protocols. Emails work very well to send training load information, nutrition reports and other basic info when clients have time. However I find that busy clients may not have time to send reports making phone calls much more important. Live phone conversations are an opportunity to discuss detailed client questions to ensure proper program execution.*
Advanced technical support
I encourage both platinum and gold clients to email me regularly with questions to support their success. Over the years clients have remarked that the twice monthly calls improve motivation levels which result in the high quality and consistency of execution to maximize body transformation progress. Evaluations of your exercise form with videos
Platinum clients are also encouraged to email me with video recordings of exercise form such as squat for review. Short video clips can provide very useful information so that I can respond with execution tips or substitution exercises. Ask a training partner or friend in the gym to record videos of certain exercises with your smart phone when needed. We can evaluate form as needed every few weeks to monitor the improvements as part of the Personalized Training and Nutrition | Platinum 12 Weeks. If a picture says a thousand words than a video says a hundred thousand words in this business.*
Quick call response
In many cases a client may need to speak immediately to resolve a problem or ask a quick question. I am readily available for unscheduled calls 7 days per week to ensure client success. If I am not able to answer the call I am typically able to call back within an hour or less.
Clients will be responsible for scheduling calls with Scott during agreeable time periods which preferably fall between 9 am and 9 pm eastern standard time.
