I have been helping clients earn their short and long term physique transformation goals since 1999. The Diamond level of service was built based on client requests for enhanced services to accelerate progress and to add convenience.

Following sign up I personally email a questionnaire to new clients to learn more about their exercise, nutrition, injury, lifestyle and competition history. I review the information immediately and respond with additional questions when needed to capture the necessary info to create highly effective weight training, interval sprint, nutrition and lifestyle programs.

The personalized programs are completed within 48 hours of information collection to fast track clients ASAP. All programs are highly customized and easy to understand. During the review of the personalized programs we may decide to change certain exercises, food choices or other details to fit client preferences.

The extensive video exercise and special executions library offers clients the ability to review exercises from their programs on computers, tablets or smart phones any time.

Send in your training videos for analysis

Diamond clients can video themselves performing an exercise and send it in for a quick review so that I can provide quick feedback to support success. For example a client may want to send in a video of a squat exercise to ensure the form is correct.

Based on the video I can tell which muscles are tight or not properly firing. In most cases corrective exercises or drills can be assigned to accelerate client progress.

Yes absolutely many of my clients participate in a number of sports year round or seasonally.  This is a great way to increase frequency of exercise in a social setting and serves a huge stress reliever for executive clients in particular.
