Fat Loading Friday Grilling

Grass fed beef and other organically raised protein sources fresh off the grill taste great. You can prepare a quick meal for yourself, your family or a large group in twenty minutes or less. Fat Loading Friday Grilling favorites include grass fed beef hamburgers, hot dogs, various steak cuts and more. The objective is to eat until you are satisfied during three meals on Fat Loading Friday which will contrast with the five base days of eating each week.

What’s on the grill

A large basket of vegetables tastes great with added seasonings and grass fed butter to finish on your plate. It is very important to have a high amount of dietary fiber for proper nutrient utilization, feelings of fullness and more. A special grilling basket is easy to find and helps our clients prepare an entire meal on the grill. We chose three grass fed beef steaks including skirt steak, a T bone and a flank steak.
