Three meals on Fat Loading Friday will result in a higher caloric intake than base days of the week which take place on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. The higher food intake on Fat Loading Friday is by design to recharge metabolism for several days to come.

Base days include a fasted status from the time period following dinner until lunch time the next day to optimize several hormonal and metabolic factors which govern body fat loss.
