I am amazed that at my age my running has improved and I am even faster now then when I was in my 20’s. I lost stubborn body fat after many years of frustration. I found weightlifting during college and have been hooked ever since. I read a lot of material while I was lifting but would end up overwhelmed and struggle with program design.

Eating clean is not enough

From what I’d learned, I’d always tried to eat ‘clean’, however in the end, I did what many lifters do. I ate

Making It work with a high stress job

I have a high stress corporate job which includes frequent international travel.  There have been zero situations where I have not been able to find food sources to fit the 21 Day Fat Cell Cleanse Nutrition plan guidelines which makes execution very easy.  I eat out at restaurants very often and make smart substitutions such as green vegetables instead of potatoes.  The Alpha Omega M3 bottle is always in my brief case or a pill container so I have them accessible for meals.

I wanted to write and say thank you for the power of your products and their efficacy, as well as to let you know how 2017 went for me. I compete in ultra-endurance trail races as well as obstacle-course races such as Spartan Race. The distances which I often choose to run are in the 50K (30 miles) range for trail races, and the Spartan races have been from about 15-30 miles in length with 30 to 60 obstacles along the way. Duration for these events is from about three hours to over 11 hours. I work in wildland fire, primarily these days in logistics, dispatch and coordination-related work. Fire seasons are very busy, and 2017 was even busier than normal, especially out west where I live. My work started in Arizona in April and extended to Montana in September. What this means for me is working 70-90 hour weeks with little time to train. My workouts are either bits of heavy strength work (I will keep a bar loaded for deadlifts at work for example), or bodyweight endurance work spread out through the work day (pullups every time I pass the pullup bar, for example), or early morning high-intensity efforts such as a group CrossFit class.

I have learned that with age, I can still compete close to the top level but I need more recovery time after races or longer, especially after more intense or higher-volume training sessions. I work a lot on my efficiency of movement, especially with running, as well as racing smarter (though this is not always successfully achieved!)

Arnold Classic

While training for the PowerX Nationals at the 2017 Arnold Classic, I was able to place third in the Nation. I believe that it is largely related to the supplementation that I took.

I’m a full time student working on my Master’s degree and work full-time in a busy Emergency Department as an RN with high stress levels and was still able to cut weight, get stronger and recover faster with an advanced training regimen.  Training for the Arnold Classic under these conditions created challenges.

More Energy

Hello, my name is David and I will turn 55 in January 2017. I have been involved in endurance sports all of my life and had a ten year career in the military, infantry. The years of training and competition have given me an instinctive understanding of my body. I will know where my heart rate is without a monitor. I use the monitor as a self-check to make sure I am working hard enough. I have also pushed myself to the limit and breached that limit twice in my lifetime.

What I have learned about ageing is that I can still compete at the top level but I need more recovery time after races or big (high intensity or long endurance) training sessions. I have to train and race smarter but as importantly I have become much more nutrition-aware. 50 pounds of body fat lost in 12 weeks

I came across some of Dr. Eric Serrano’s videos which led me to check out Infinity Fitness’ website. Needless to say I did not have much hope in yet another diet scheme.

I have just finished week 12 of my first personalized training and nutrition program with Scott. I have lost a little over 50 pounds and 6 inches off my waist. My recent labs showed that my testosterone went from 210 to 600, and I am now on a reduced level of thyroid medication.

My journey with weight loss attempts started three years ago when I hit 350 pounds. I had played football for a number of years and was pretty heavily involved in powerlifting. I started going through a number of knee surgeries and some other health issues including high blood pressure. I decided when I hit a 47 inch waist that it was not worth it to be that big.

I tried a popular keto style diet and dropped to about 300 pounds, but a short time later shot back up to 330 pounds after finding out that my thyroid was not functioning properly. I struggled through a number of different diets to get back to 300.

No matter what I did, or what diet I tried I would lose some weight but within weeks gain it all back. My thyroid medication was continually pushed up and my testosterone was between 200-250 for two years. I tried every diet that I could find on all the bodybuilding websites.
