Modified fasting from the time period following dinner until lunch the next day optimizes fat burning through several proven pathways. 2 Part Post Workout Carbohydrate Loading Meals
Carbohydrate loading will be used one time per week on a weight training day split into two meals. The amount of carbohydrate to use ranges from 50 to 150g depending on individual circumstances including lean body weight, sensitivity to carbohydrate, activity levels and more. The best sources include a wide variety of rice and potatoes, but excluded fried items. Three meals will be used on this day to provide a frequency contrast to other days of the week. Evenly split the carbohydrate amounts into the two meals following training ideally.*

One high calorie day (HCD) every 10 days on a weight training day to boost metabolism and to serve as a powerful macronutrient cycling tool. HCD is a great time to fire up the grill with grass fed beef, burgers, hot dogs and more.
