100% MR and Muscle Synthesis Powder Endurance Athlete Success

Dear Scott Mendelson,

I wanted to write and say thank you for the power of your products and their efficacy, as well as to let you know how 2017 went for me. I compete in ultra-endurance trail races as well as obstacle-course races such as Spartan Race. The distances which I often choose to run are in the 50K (30 miles) range for trail races, and the Spartan races have been from about 15-30 miles in length with 30 to 60 obstacles along the way. Duration for these events is from about three hours to over 11 hours. I will turn 54 in a couple of months, and often compete well in my age group, and even compared to some folks decades younger. 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis Powder Endurance Athlete Success I will run the occasional 10K, and my last 10K, and the last real event of 2017 for me went well, getting 2nd in the 45-54 age group.

This year’s summer and fall events included a 24-hour orienteering race that took place in the country of Latvia in August—the World Rogaine Championships, followed by the Spartan Sun Peaks Ultra Beast a month later in British Columbia (30 miles and approximately 12,000 feet of climbing) and capped off by an October 55K ultra in Arizona—the Canyon de Chelly Ultra.

I use 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis Powder before, after and during training and races. The most detectable difference I feel is in my recovery from hard efforts. Whether it was heavy squats or hill sprints, I am often less sore than I thought I would be the next day, and seem to be able to return to a hard training day a bit sooner than if I had missed taking my amino acids. 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis Powder Endurance Athlete Success.

I work in wildland fire, primarily these days in logistics, dispatch and coordination-related work. Fire seasons are very busy, and 2017 was even busier than normal, especially out west where I live. My work started in Arizona in April and extended to Montana in September. What this means for me is working 70-90 hour weeks with little time to train. My workouts are either bits of heavy strength work (I will keep a bar loaded for deadlifts at work for example), or bodyweight endurance work spread out through the work day (pullups every time I pass the pullup bar, for example), or early morning high-intensity efforts such as a group CrossFit class.

Top Level Competitor

I have learned that with age, I can still compete close to the top level but I need more recovery time after races or longer, especially after more intense or higher-volume training sessions. I work a lot on my efficiency of movement, especially with running, as well as racing smarter (though this is not always successfully achieved!)

So again, thanks to the great crew there at Infinity Fitness for a very valuable product that helps keep me both fit and healthy!
