Get Lean Lunch! My office is a terrible work environment when it comes to clean eating. I am the only sales guy out of 12 that does not aspire to look like Fat Bastard from the Austin Powers movie series. There are always bad food choices around and I cannot go to lunch with these guys either as they pick places that should be shut down by the Health Department. I also hate packing food, preparing etc. For years the 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis have been a life saver between meals, but lunch was always a problem. In talking to Scott he suggested I use Get Lean and some nuts for lunch and yes even I the lazy one could handle that. It is a great Lunch for me, quick and easy so I do not have to leave the office and I feel very good after this combo. Since starting a month ago along with Scott’s other tips I have lost 7lbs of body fat and finally cracked 12% body. I eat a real food breakfast and dinner while lunch and my night snack are Get Lean and some nuts. Nothing could be simpler. Gary Chicago 10/10/08 They did it again I have been a big fan of Dr. Serrano’s supplements for many years and Scott has always helped me find new ways to use them to my advantage. The Get Lean is simply great, I use it in many different ways pending what is going on that particular day, but taking it before training keeps my energy up without any stomach upset or hunger. I take 6 scoops about an hour before training and still do my amino loading 30 min before the workout. This combination is great, I am getting leaner and stronger! Thanks guys. Kerry L Philly 10/15/08 Easy to Digest I abandon protein shakes years ago because they were tearing up my stomach. Luckily the Get Lean makes me feel great and now gives me a snack I can carry around between meetings or around training. I have had problems with multiple food sources of protein as well and have been very limited as to what I can eat. Per Dr. Serrano’s recommendation I actually use Get Lean to increase the protein content of certain meals and that has worked well also. This was the only change I made over the last 2 months and I am up 6 lbs of muscle according to my body comp measurements. Charlie L Indianapolis 10/20/08 Great Taste and Not Too Filling I have been using various protein shakes for over 25 years as I like to keep my intake up through the days which get busier every month it seems. I suffered from bloating and other problems for a while after using a shake for a while. I finally isolated the problems to milk proteins like whey and casein, but that did not leave me with many options and I sure as heck was not going to take Soy. A client of mine who is a professional athlete turned me on to the Get Lean Protein in July and man is it great. I have taken it for nearly 2 months straight twice per day at different times and no problems. Best of all my body comp is better and so are my workouts. I was not born with the best appetite so I have been adding the Get Lean to my meals to help put on some size and your training programs have me pushing the limits so I need all of the help I can get to recover. The MR and MS are great around training, but they do not keep me full and I am hungry some times during training. Eating a food a couple hours before is not an option as I cannot keep it down. The Get Lean has had a big impact on my workout energy and levels. Never hungry during training any more. Since starting without any other changes I am up 5 lbs of muscle so that says something! Michael H Memphis 9/12/2008 Get Lean for Road Warriors I am a “road warrior” since I travel for work in a highly stressful sales position every week. Over the past two years with Scott’s help I have changed my ways by making time to exercise and stopping the habit of making excuses to eat lousy things. A lot of my time is spent airports and in meetings surrounded by fat people and I refuse to be lumped into that group again. I have lost 70 lbs over the past couple of years and put on 20 lbs of muscle. My energy is through the roof and so are sales! Sandy Dallas TX 8/04/2008 Get Lean at night Puts on more Muscle I started taking the Get Lean at night about an hour before bed per Scott’s suggestion as everything else he has suggested over the years has worked well for me. I Amino Load consistently and thought my recovery could not get any better. That was a false conclusion as now my soreness is gone even faster and I have put on 5 lbs of muscle over the last couple months which is a great reward for so little additional effort. GL goes down easy and I do not get hungry at night. Paul Chicago 3/04/09 Radical Dieting and Keeping Muscle With Get Lean Radical dieting is nothing new to me so I am always looking for the most nutrient dense items I can find with the lowest possible caloric value. The Get Lean fits the bill very well, I hate dieting so I figure I will get it over with fast and this spring has been a great addition. Get Lean is the only one that does not cause my stomach to get upset and is the only protein that actually helped me change my body. I look around at my colleagues and most are dangerously over weight. The travel life style is a big factor in this. The Alpha Omega, Fat Reduce, 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis have been pillars of strength for the last few years. Adding the Get Lean has been great. People thought I had liposuction! "Scott I was honored to be part of the Project X test trial which I know understand will be called Get Lean protein, well the name holds true. For years I have had terrible bloating problems when using any shake to supplement my protein intake. I have developed sensitivities to most of the common ingredients in protein drinks such as whey, casein, even soy. Even with a very low body fat level I never looked quite lean enough because of bloating and I was very sluggish at times for no good reason. Following a switch to the Get Lean for a month all of the bloating was gone and man was I looking ripped. People who I see at the pool each week thought I had liposuction because there was such a dramatic difference in the look of my abs in only a couple of weeks. Getting Lean has been a goal of mine for a long time and I had been using bars and other shakes between meals, but the results were not so good. My trainer turned me on to the Get Lean and it has been great. It tastes good, goes down easy and has less calories than anything else I had been using between meals. I cannot figure out why it keeps hunger down even though there are fewer calories, but hey if it works it works! I am noticeably leaner since my last body comp test 8 weeks ago by 2% and my stomach is never bloated which I think may have been related to the whey I was using. I've been taking the 'Get Lean Protein' for a couple days and so
far I can tolerate it which is fantastic. I used to take protein
supplements with no issue then one day I had major problems with them.
Without them it's been hard to diet as I can't always prep a good meal.
John D New Jersey 8/07/2008 Tremendous Recovery I used before bed last night in the order: Get Lean 3 scoops/15 minutes later fat reduce PM/ 15 minutes 100% MR/ Muscle Synthesis No muscle soreness and feeling great this morning...no sore legs and usually after I do heavy leg day on Monday morning they are sore for at least 3-4 days! I was able to do light legs and went up on everything! Natalie Alabama 8/08/2008 Effortless fat loss and Muscle Growth Scott and Dr. Serrano- thanks for letting me try the Get Lean protein, my job was to take 6 scoops at night about an hour before bed instead of one of the many other protein concoctions I had been using before. The results showed up very quickly, my sleep was much deeper and I never woke up hungry during the night like in the past. I guess this has something to do with nutrient uptake, because prior to this I was ingesting much more protein via other proteins, but they never settled well. I was not expecting any changes in strength as I was not told to look for anything in particular, but it was obvious that something was going on. After reviewing the numbers I was up 12-15% on all exercises so yes I plan to keep taking the Get Lean. I have always had an easy time with body composition, but usually I have to make some kind of effort to lose fat and gain muscle. I dropped the pre workout, post workout and night time shakes I had been using and plugged in the Get Lean after wresting more away from Scott. After 10 phone calls he finally relented to give me more from the test batch. To make a long story short I have dropped 3% of body fat to get to 9% and put on 5 lbs of muscle in the last 60 days without lifting a finger when it comes to diet or training changes. Scott the Get Lean is awesome- I am all about hard training and finding ways to recover faster being that I use my body to make a living. As we discussed you cannot use my name since I am under contract, but I tell everyone I know about your products. Following my workouts getting ready for training camp in late June and July I have been using Get Lean with a couple tablespoons of honey about 30 min after I take the 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis, I am also taking GL at night before bed. It takes great and the next day I feel pretty close to 100% recovered already, and man we do not screw around with training either, it is tough combining field work and heavy weight training in the same 2 hour block. It is so hard that I would not be doing it if I was not getting paid!
