Terminology Key BB = Barbell DB = Dumbbell STD = Standing SB= Swiss Ball A1 A2 B1 B2 etc notate sets. Exercises with the same letter are alternated For example A1 Bench Press A2 Seated Row One would perform a set of Bench press then a set of Seated Row, a set a bench press, a set of seated row and so on.
