The Extreme Crash Diet

On average my patients have lost 14 pounds of body fat in 2 weeks using what I consider to be a safe crash diet. People come to me with drastic needs to lose body fat for health or to improve their looks-fast. It is my job to create regimens that deliver results while improving the health of my patients. So I present to you phase of one of the Extreme Crash Diet.
When I started writing this article for the newsletter I thought to myself “I must be careful because I only use this system in my office and under close supervision.” Why? Because ECD stands for Extreme Crash Diet or the wedding diet. Where in the hell did I come up with this name? I want to make fun of the ABCD diet and all the other bull crap out there that doesn’t make any sense, and because I have used it for women desperately needing to lose fat to fit into their wedding dress.
Well doc, what’s the diet and how do I do it? You must follow
certain rules on this diet because, again, it is extreme, but if
you do it you will lose tremendous amounts of fat fast. The cool
thing about the diet it is only used for four weeks by most (eight weeks MAX), and then you can shift into second gear into another diet if you wish which we will discuss in the online newsletter.

RULES:
1-you must be in good health
2-you must follow exactly the guidelines.
3-You may substitute only those supplements marked with an asterisk (*).
4-The maximum amount of time for this plan is (6) weeks, no longer!

6-Measure your body fat and weight weekly, and tell us how you’re progressing.
7-Take a before and after picture, because when you are done you will not believe it!

Now why use these supplements? Because they have been tested and I know what they have in them, and they have been tried in real life and I know they work. Your health is my top priority and this is why I recommend the Special Whole Food Shake. It is a real food substitute, not a supplement like the other powders on the market. Putting it Together- Simple as 1 2 3
Now, let’s put it all together. Start your day with a shake made
by mixing two tablespoons of Whole Food Shake, one scoop of
FiberSmart, two tablespoons of honey and water. That is your healthy breakfast. Take your multivitamin(3-4 tablets Ultra 4) and 1/2 your daily Alpha Omega M 3 dose. The amount of Alpha Omega you take will depend on your weight and intensity of your workouts. If you weigh over 200 lbs, take 6-12 pills per day. If your workouts are really strenuous take the max. Adjust accordingly. Now take the first dose of Thermo and go to work or school. The amount of these supplements you need to take will also vary, because everyone’s different- read the label and take as indicated.
If you are working out in the morning, however, then you must do the following before you eat your breakfast: take 10 Nitromine tablets or 2 scoops of Nitromine Powder and ten Mass Aminos with plenty of water 30 minutes before the working out. Immediately after your workout, repeat as above. Then, an hour after your workout, you mast have three scoops of Muscle Provider an hour after that you can have your breakfast.
Ok back to the regular program. During the day, you must have five to ten Mass Aminos or Nitromine (Tablets or Powder) between each meal which works out to be every 3 to 4 hours. And keep drinking your water. . Your body does not make it a priority to lose fat, it would much rather hold weight to preserve survival. We must trick the system into believing that everything is normal and that more than enough nutrients are available so that fat can be released from storage and be used as fuel. The fuel provided by Nitromine™ and Mass Aminos™ spare Lean tissue and promote a fat burning environment. As you can see there is little to no carbohydrate or dietary fat to burn so stored fat becomes the preferred source and this is when you hit pay dirt.
Lunch
Lunchtime comes. You can have another shake identical to your breakfast, or you can have a meal that must consist of vegetables, any kind but potatoes or corn, and protein from any of these sources: meat, eggs, chicken, or fish.
In addition to the meat and vegetables you must add at least 1 tablespoon
of extra virgin olive oil. Note: if you have the meal, you cannot have the shake, and vice versa. You must only have one real meal during the day, but it can be as big as you want. Make sure you always get full. The shakes will make you feel full, trust me. Take your second dose of Thermo in the mid afternoon on an empty stomach.
Don’t forget to have those Mass Aminos™ or Nitromine™ every 3 to 4 hours, and drink, drink, the water.
Now for dinner: if you had a shake for lunch, have your meal now. If you had your meal for lunch, then have your shake now.
At bedtime, take five to ten Aminos™ or Nitromine™ again and see you in the am.
