Hah I have done it again!  It is my pleasure to introduce Amino Loading which will again put Infinity Fitness readers on the cutting edge of supplementation success.   Amino Loading is the most successful supplementation technique I have discovered in years.  Trainees constantly overlook the value of rapid recovery from training because few realize that growth, fat loss, and gains in strength all occur during the periods of recovery and not during training.

Top reasons for Amino Acid Loading

  • Enhanced Rates of Recovery from Training

  • Increased Strength

  • Improved muscle hardness, pump and definition

  • New  Muscle Growth

  • Reduced body fat

  • Boost endurance

Take a look at the research on BCAA and Free Form Amino and you will see the proven results for yourself.  Of course formulating products is not so easy as one must figure out how to make a combination of ingredients work outside of the research lab.  After years of detailed testing on behalf of SST I discovered a dosage protocol that is sure to help you reach your goals at a break neck place just like my test subjects.    During my own testing of these products I have seen even greater results experienced by my patients no doubt relating to the higher dosage and frequency of administration.

Despite popular belief an important energy source during weight training (anaerobic) exercise is amino acids stored within the muscles and not exclusively glycogen.  Glycogen is essentially stored fuel derived from carbohydrate and comes in to play for at a more important level for endurance athletes.  During a low carbohydrate diet (under 1g of carbs per pound daily) amino acid supplementation becomes even more important as aminos account for a large % of the energy to fuel training and other functions.

Text Box: As a result I have emphasized the use of amino acid loading to promote improved performance and accelerated rates of recovery to give my clients the ultimate edge.  Now when I say improved performance, let’s quantify this, the increased availability of amino acids acts as a super training fuel.  The muscular system will normally break down muscle to provide fuel for training, but when aminos are abundant within the blood stream quick energy is available to support hard training.
I observed massive strength and size gains when 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis  protocols were applied correctly. I mean hard training people will have huge pumps, when I watch a few of my bodybuilding patients train it looks like their muscles may actually pop!

The importance of pre and post workout nutrition is not even worth arguing over, it is without a doubt your greatest opportunity to support your goals.   Amino Acid supplementation before workouts is proven to result in higher levels of fat loss during training.  I am not sure exactly why, but the body will use more stored fat as fuel during exercise, the research proves this, but the mechanism is unknown.(1)  my best guess is that the muscle sparing impact of amino acid supplementation forces the body to concentrate on using stored fat as fuel.

Text Box: If you are very aggressively chasing results then Amino Loading  with 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis pre/post training, between meals and before bed to provide muscles with a constant source of fuel needed for accelerated growth and repair.
Research proves that this consistent flow of aminos specifically found within the combination of MR and MS increase protein synthesis around the clock by 100% (2).  This amazing increase in protein synthesis is truly the most significant marker of muscle growth in my book.

 Hormones- Govern Progress

Listen hormones govern everything that goes on in your body; they are the directors and will determine if you are fat, skinny, energetic or depressed.  Nutrition and supplementation have a huge impact on hormones and this is another benefit from use of amino acids. This is a very broad topic and we only have so much time, my point is that Amino Loading does an excellent job of tipping the hormonal balance in your favor naturally to support your goals.  Perhaps the most important benefit is the reduction of stress hormones such as cortisol which eats away at muscles, zaps energy and facilitates body fat accumulation.  Stress is on the rise in our society for many reasons.  Find me someone who is not stressed these days?  Cannot name many off of the top of your head can you?  In addition to the stress you face in your life, exercise also creates some stress on the system which is perfectly normal.  However at times the combination and amount of stress hormones will make it difficult for you to progress properly unless you take action to combat cortisol levels.

In my practice I can help people improve their mood by using amino acids.  Mood plays a huge role in what choices people make and I find that those with a positive outlook have a much easier time making good food and exercise choices.  Life is full of options, you can bring your lunch to work which includes healthy items or take your lazy ass through the fast food lines.  Any number of excuses can be used to avoid exercising and out of those who do show up few put forth enough effort to make their time worth while.  Your attitude sets the tone, Amino Loading helps in this area a great deal.  Success is a choice, up to you!

Cost vs. HUGE Rewards

Go ahead ask me- Dr. Serrano why is this type of supplementation so costly?  Well you get what you pay for, over the years I have sought out the highest quality raw materials for any product I formulate.  The difference is tremendous, during studies done in my office I can see a big disparity between the purest ingredients and those of lesser quality.  Do not sell yourself short and go for the cheapest options you can find- supplement companies are not dong you a favor with a lower price, they are still going to make their mark ups and they can accomplish this with a low ingredient cost.  If cost is a major concern then save up for a couple good items that you can cycle instead of wasting time with multiple less effective products.  When analyzing the active ingredient amounts for both the 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis it is easy to see that you are getting the most bang for your buck in the industry!

Now for your second question- Dr. Serrano why is absorption of your 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis so much better than the rest?  Well besides ingredient quality the ratio of the aminos have a huge impact on your ability to utilize the product.  It is easy to pick up some research and see that amino acids individually do this or that, however balancing multiple aminos in the same formula is a challenge.  One of my many advantages includes having thousands of patients I can use for product trials.  I have run so many amino acid experiments over the years that it is hard to keep track off of the top of my head, but I have detailed records on all of them.  This experience enables me to learn each time and improve the formulations.  Most researchers do not know this but certain amino acids will compete for absorption and as a result you can be left with very expensive urine instead of great absorption.  It has taken many years to determine which aminos clash, but I have done the leg work and am not about to share these facts with anyone.

I have tested quite a few amino acid products and unfortunately an overwhelming majority of them result in poor absorption at best due to flaws in the formulas.  Specifically the ingredients may be of poor quality or the combinations of amino acids used by certain companies are dead wrong.   Beyond ingredients and ratios the way the aminos are mixed and or formed play a big role.  Consider do you think a capsule or tablet will absorb faster within your gut?  Tablets take time to break down and in the case of amino acids that is not desirable, a release of digestive acids to deconstruct a tablet may also damage the amino acid content.  This is why I chose a special capsule for the muscle synthesis.  They open within the stomach right away so the ingredients can get to where they need to be.  The 100% MR is suspended in a special powder mixed with water which is excellent for absorption.

After dozens of trials I am finally satisfied that the 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis represent the best supplement stack on the market.
